    By using iaspyq.com ("the Website"), you agree to the following terms. This platform is a personal project operated by an individual for educational purposes and is not affiliated with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

    1. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

    • The Database: While the UPSC questions are in the public domain, the specific arrangement, database structure, custom explanations, and user interface of this website are the intellectual property of iaspyq.com.
    • Anti-Scraping Policy: You are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, bots, scripts, or "crawlers" to scrape, download, or redistribute the content of this database. Unauthorized bulk downloading of questions is a violation of these terms.

    2. Accuracy & The "Official Key" Rule

    • Source of Truth: We strive for 100% accuracy; however, in the event of any discrepancy between our platform and the official UPSC Answer Key, the Official UPSC Key shall be considered the final and absolute authority.
    • No Guarantees: This website is a practice tool. We do not guarantee that using this site will lead to success in the UPSC Civil Services Examination or any other competitive exam.

    3. User Feedback & Suggestions

    • Feedback License: We welcome feedback to improve the platform. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or error reports to us, you grant iaspyq.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, implement, and display that feedback to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you.
    • Content Standards: Any feedback provided must not be illegal, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.

    4. Premium Purchase (Annual)

    • What you are buying: If you choose to purchase IAS PYQ Premium, you are buying 365 days of full access to Premium-gated content and features associated with your account, starting from the date your payment is confirmed.
    • No auto-renewal: Premium does not renew automatically and we do not store a payment mandate. No further amount will be charged to you when the period ends. When it ends, your account simply returns to the free tier and Premium-gated content locks again; your saved questions and practice history are retained.
    • Renewing early: If you purchase again before your current period ends, the new period is added to your existing expiry date. You do not lose the days remaining.
    • Earlier lifetime purchases: Premium was previously sold as a one-time purchase with no expiry. If you bought Premium on those terms, your access does not expire and this annual term does not apply to it.
    • Activation: Premium access is activated only after a successful payment and verification. You must be signed in to receive Premium access on your account.
    • Payment processing: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Razorpay). We do not store your full card/bank details. Your use of the payment processor is also subject to their terms and policies.
    • Price and offering changes: We may change Premium pricing, benefits, or availability from time to time. Such changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove Premium access already granted to you, except where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.
    • No refunds: Premium purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or mandated by the payment processor. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below with your payment details.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    As an individual operator, I provide this website on an "As-Is" basis. I shall not be held liable for:

    • Any loss of data or service interruptions.
    • Any incorrect answers or outdated information.
    • Any academic or career-related outcomes resulting from the use of this site.

    6. Termination of Use

    I reserve the right to block access to any user found to be violating these terms, particularly those attempting to scrape data or disrupt the server's integrity.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the owner's place of residence.
